A Strong Presence at Major International Exhibitions Expands Brand Influence
In 2025, KEDA Stone Machinery's global branding efforts focused on 3 key strategic markets, marking critical positions on the world stone industry map.
In March, KEDA made its annual debut in China at the Xiamen International Stone Fair. We presented intelligent, complete plant solutions for both artificial stone and natural stone. The intelligent super slim-wire saw processing solution stood out as a highlight. During the exhibition, we welcomed visitors from more than 30 countries and regions. Live application demonstrations at the Shuitou industrial base further strengthened the confidence of professional customers.
In August, we appeared at the Cachoeiro Stone Fair in Brazil. The ultra-high-speed super slim-wire saw drew widespread attention with 5 major technological breakthroughs, including an ultra-narrow kerf and significantly higher yield rates. The showcase further reinforced KEDA's brand position in the South American market.
In September, we made a successful debut at the top-tier global stone industry event, Marmomac in Verona, Italy. This marked a key entry into Europe's high-end market.

In Vietnam, the VN380 project quartz stone automated production line was successfully commissioned. Capacity was doubled, setting a new benchmark for Southeast Asia.

In China, the GX1006 project in Guangxi, a "2 m ultra-large engineered stone production line", completed trial production and overcame challenges in large-format customization. The SX0219 cement based ecological stone production line in Shanxi was officially commissioned, becoming a new model for green manufacturing. In Chongqing, the second production line of the XB0918 project was successfully launched, demonstrating the scalability and replication capability of KEDA's mature solutions.

From Italy, the birthplace of stone processing, to emerging markets such as Kazakhstan and Thailand, KEDA's machineries were successfully installed and put into stable operation across Brazil, Türkiye, India, and other countries. Tangible production gains and reliable performance earned strong trust and repeat orders from international customers. 04 Reaching International Leadership, Authoritative Recognition
"Key Technologies and Industrialization of High-Speed Super Slim-Wire Saws for Stone Processing" Passes Scientific and Technological Evaluation
1. All submitted documentation was complete and met the requirements for scientific and technological evaluation.
2. The project developed a high-speed super slim-wire saw for stone processing, with the following key innovations:
(1) Multiple rubber-coated rollers are used to synchronously drive diamond wire webs at high speed for stone cutting. The wire speed reaches ≥30 m/s, overcoming the limitations of gang saw cutting processes.
(2) Technologies were developed for synchronized precision control of main rollers, constant tension control of the wire web, wire bow detection and intelligent adjustment, as well as diamond wire sharpness detection and adaptive regulation. These advances significantly improve cutting efficiency, cutting quality, and machinery reliability.
(3) Dedicated protection, cooling, and lubrication systems were developed for high-speed super slim-wire saws, extending the service life of both the machinery and diamond wires and meeting the demands of high-speed cutting.
(4) Intelligent fault handling, production management, and remote operation and maintenance systems were developed, enhancing the overall level of digitalization.
3. The product has applied for 8 invention patents, with 4 invention patents granted and 7 utility model patents accepted. One enterprise standard has also been established, reflecting full independent intellectual property rights.
4. The product passed testing by a 3rd-party inspection agency, with all tested items meeting relevant standards. Feedback from end users has been positive, delivering significant economic and social benefits.
The appraisal committee concluded that the project demonstrates strong innovation and that its overall technology is at an internationally leading level. The committee agreed to approve the scientific and technological achievement appraisal.
In December, KEDA Stone Machinery received a decisive recognition for its breakthroughs in core technology innovation. An authoritative appraisal committee organized by the Guangdong Mechanical Engineering Society convened to conduct a rigorous review of KEDA's project, "Key Technologies and Industrialization of High-Speed Super Slim-Wire Saw for Stone".The experts unanimously concluded that the project's overall technology has reached an internationally leading level.
The technology has already been successfully applied in high-end markets such as Carrara, Italy. In April, KEDA's long-term technological commitment in the field of cement based artificial stone was rewarded with a major honor.The company's core R&D project, "R&D and Industrialization of Complete Production Line Technology and Machinery for Cement Based Artificial Stone (Block Forming)", won the 2nd Prize of the Guangdong Mechanical Industry Science and Technology Award and the Second Prize of the Guangdong Mechanical Engineering Society Science and Technology Award in the 2024 selection.
